Lisa Kersey
Executive Director
A passionate volunteer and board member for nearly three years before serving as Executive Director, Lisa is a graduate of the University of Virginia and holds a master's degree in healthcare administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her career has included leadership positions in strategic planning, development, and communications. Lisa is a native of Norfolk and currently lives in Suffolk with her husband in their empty nest.
Lauren Diggs
Prevention Education Manager
A heart for human services, servant leadership and nonprofits, Lauren joined the team in 2023 as our Prevention Education Manager. In her role, she will steward the continued development and expansion of the Prevention Project program, equipping more educators and youth service professionals and empowering more students through the power of prevention. Lauren holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership/Not-For-Profit Management from Regent School of Business & Leadership. She is a native of Maryland and currently lives in Chesapeake with her husband and their dog.
Tori Jones
Community Engagement Manager
A fashionista with a passion to end trafficking, Tori serves as Community Engagement Manager for the greater Hampton Roads region. In that role, she is responsible for volunteer engagement, community events and building relationships with other nonprofits, businesses and state and local government agencies. Tori's career includes extensive experience in event planning, retail buying and management, fashion consulting, and teaching at the collegiate level. A native of Texas, Tori has been a resident of Hampton Roads for more than 20 years.
Amelia Faircloth
Administrative & Marketing Manager
A vibrant and creative professional, Amelia joined the team as a part-time Marketing Coordinator in 2022 and transitioned to a full-time role as Administrative & Marketing Manager in 2023. She is passionate about using her marketing gifts to link organizations and build networks that empower communities. Amelia has a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from Liberty University. Her professional and volunteer experience includes various roles with local nonprofits in Hampton Roads. Amelia is a Yorktown native and currently resides on the Peninsula with her husband and their two children.
